I’ve spent the past few years slowly bringing the STi back to it’s stock glory. There’s something about the nostalgic feeling of driving a car from 2007. I wanted to go back to stock interior with a few bits of OEM+ flavor mixed into it. It definitely feels like a time capsule now.
Decided to go back to stock radio and update the climate control panel.
The Limited model came with black faces and is a nice OEM+ touch for base WRX/STi owners!
Removing the faces was pretty easy. All you have to do is move all the dials to the left and pull.
72363FE140, 72363FE110, and 72363FE130 are the part numbers for the black faces.
This is what OEM+ is all about. Factory upgrades to the interior to make it unique. The red sti shift knob, red hazard lights, and the Genome gauges. While I do miss listening to Taylor Swift on Spotify, I think it was the right move to have my interior looking stock!
This is why I decided to go back to stock radio! The green lights all match perfectly.
