CLOSE UP: SYMS RACING SPOILER!

On this quest of mine to collect all the rarest GD parts (factory and aftermarket), the SYMS RACING spoiler was high on the list of parts to get. This has been a part that I’ve been chasing for quite a few years now and I am proud to say that an authentic SYMS RACING spoiler was recently acquired a few weeks ago!

I’ve been set on finding a 2pc design and would not settle for the 3pc design. The general consensus is that the 2pc design is AUTHENTIC while the 3pc is QUESTIONABLE in terms of authenticity due to the ease of making a replica mold of it. There were hundreds of these that flooded the market back in the 2000’s.

In today’s CLOSE UP video, I quickly dive into what an authentic SYMS RACING spoiler looks like and what a replica one looks like. I also went down the rabbit hole to find and buy a SYMS RACING brochure showing that they in fact did make a 2pc AND a 3pc design for all the naysayers that say they never made authentic 3pc designs!!
